We are pleased to announce the general availability of two products, and a planned ship date for a third product.

  1. DMVGATEWAY Government Edition II (GE2) is now in general availability and can be deployed immediately.
  2. DMVQUERY II is now in general availability and can be deployed immediately.
  3. DMVQUERY II and DMVGATEWAY tools for self-administration have a planned ship date for Beta testing of July 1, 2009.

In this, our most significant product announcement since 1995, we are emphasizing new capabilities for DMV transactions that affect revenue (such as Vehicle Registration Hold). As of today, new ease-of-use, security and efficiency features can bring immediate benefit to both our DMVQUERY and DMVGATEWAY customers. Finally, we are developing new tools to allow Courts and State Agencies to take more direct control of administering their user populations.

First, we have a brand new product - DMVQUERY II. DMVQUERY II provides a user experience virtually identical to that of DMVQUERY, supplied by a product that can give a user any applicable DMVGATEWAY capability, such as SNA Resource Sharing and Session Security/Efficiency.

Second, our latest upgrade to DMVGATEWAY (GE2) adds the support for items 1-4 below, and much more:

  1. Vehicle Registration Hold - new support
    1. The ability for Courts and State Agencies to apply, release, and modify Vehicle Registration Holds
    2. Upgrades for the State Agency Vehicle Registration Hold Support
    3. The ability for Courts to view certain Registration Hold Information
  2. Owner Responsibility case handling improvements
  3. Enhanced Security/Efficiency
    1. Password Management support: users can change their passwords without leaving their DMVGATEWAY session.
    2. Session Idle Time Monitor: a user's session terminates after a pre-set interval without hitting the ENTER key.
    3. New Remote Session support.
  4. Enhanced DMVQUERY compatibility mode. Authorized users in DMVQUERY compatibility mode can switch their sessions to Native mode.

And third, C2C Administrative tools will add to the useful life of DMVQUERY II and DMVGATEWAY.
